Private medical insurance award for AXA PPP healthcare

The Consumer Moneyfacts Awards took place recently at the HAC in London - with leading UK financial services providers competing for Best Provider across a number of different product areas including Travel Money, Current Accounts, Health Insurance, and more.

Moneyfacts - which originally began life as a 6-page financial  newsletter - has now grown into the leading UK independent comparison provider for personal financial products and services. The  company's Consumer Moneyfacts awards are based on a combination of extensive customer feedback. Moneyfacts Group Publishing Director Sylvia Waycott says "We are delighted with the survey response which received almost 60,000 completed surveys from the general public and resulted in 500,000 answers being analysed, making this the largest annual survey of its kind.”

In the private medical insurance category, AXA PPP healthcare took the award for Best Health Insurance provider in what must surely have been a closely fought contest. This award comes as good news for AXA PPP healthcare, who were recently in the news for having improved upon heart and cancer healthcare cover by removing limits on cover for licensed drugs and treatments as part of the insurers commitment to heart and cancer care.
